Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
1. Scope of Work
Rust Server Solutions ("RSS") provides server configuration, plugin installation, and setup services for Rust game servers. We do not provide hardware, physical hosting, or server hosting subscriptions. The client is entirely responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting provider.
2. Payment & Premium Plugins
All work is paid in full upfront before work commences. For custom modded servers or setups that use premium (paid) plugins: RSS will never purchase premium plugins on a client's behalf. Doing so would violate the terms of service of those plugin vendors. You must purchase any required premium plugins yourself and provide them to us at the beginning of the work (e.g., license keys, files, or access as specified by the plugin provider).
3. Refund Policy
Because our service consists of digital labor and configuration time, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel your project before we have logged into your server or begun work, we will issue a refund. Once a server is configured and handed over, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. 30-Day Support Guarantee
All completed server builds come with 30 days of standard technical support, or support until the next forced game wipe (whichever applies first). This covers fixing bugs related to our setup, repairing configuration errors, and general troubleshooting.
- Support does not cover adding entirely new features or plugins not discussed in the original quote.
- If the client or a third-party developer modifies the configuration files we created and breaks the server, repairing the server is not covered under free support and will incur a service fee.
5. Client Responsibilities & Access
To ensure a clean and fast setup, the client agrees not to log into the server backend or modify files while RSS is actively building the server. Interfering with the build process can cause corruptions that delay the delivery time.
6. Privacy & Anonymity
RSS takes privacy seriously. We will never publicly disclose our client list, share server IPs, distribute custom configurations made specifically for your server, or name-drop your brand without explicit written permission.
We will never sell your information to any marketing agency or third party, under any circumstances. Your contact details, server information, and any data you share with us are used only to deliver and support your project. We do not share, rent, or sell client information for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
