How long does the setup process take?
Most servers can be set up and running in 48-72 hours. Some may take longer with more requests or custom requests, but we will work as quickly as possible to get you up and running.
Do you provide or pay for premium plugins?
We can do this either way. However, if we are buying the premium plugins for your server, the cost of those plugins will be added to the required deposit that must be paid upfront.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
After your 30 days of support, we are still here to assist you! We offer an option for ongoing technical support to server owners. Even if we didn't build your server originally, you can come to us for assistance.
Do you handle Discord integration?
Yes, Discord integration is an available add-on for your server.
Can I make changes while you are building the server?
You can reach out to request changes, however we ask that once we are given access to your server's backend, you do not log into it until we hand it back over. If you need changes, submit a ticket in our Discord. We will work with everyone to make sure we're getting their server as close to what they want as possible!
